1. The Idea
Nova Han Productions works with the client and key stakeholders to understand the overall vision, project goals, business goals, and operational constraints.

2. Bluesky
Once we understand the vision, we sit with our team and develop a variety of concepts and a moodboard, in an easy to understand package, to see what creative concepts take precedence for our client.

3. Concept Development
We take the approved concepts and begin to plan, develop concept art and budget forecast the vision. We bring our clients a high level assessment of what it will take to execute the dream.

4. Concept Refinement & Design
We build a full length design scope, acquire vendor bids, integrate project managers, refine schematic designs, and tighten up the budget.

5. Design Development
We source and hire any necessary vendors. We work with engineers and production teams to communicate and develop all necessary schematics and technical drawings for any installations. We develop, source and build any necessary costumes, props, etc for talent and immersive experience implementation.

6. Design Supervision
We stay in communication with all vendors to ensure we are meeting the vision.

7. Training
We meet and train all cast and operational vendors to ensure that the vision is flawlessly executed.
